What we collect and why
| Data | Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| What you send us by email (name, work email, company, message) | Replying to you, and providing free articles or paid work | Legitimate interests; contract when you buy |
| Business contact details from company websites (for example a general info@ or support@ address and the company name) | Occasional business-to-business emails offering our service | Legitimate interests. Every email lets you opt out in one step |
| Billing details (handled by Stripe) | Taking payment and keeping accounting records | Contract; legal obligation |
| Demo or sandbox logins you choose to share | Capturing screenshots of your product | Contract. Deleted when the work ends |
We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels on this website, and our emails contain no tracking pixels.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business: Cloudflare (website hosting and email routing), Stripe (payments) and our email provider. Some are outside the UK; where they are, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and outreach records: up to 24 months after last contact. Opt-out requests: kept indefinitely (just the address) so we never email you again. Customer and billing records: 6 years, for tax law.
