Tell us your 3 most-asked support questions. We'll write an article for each, with annotated screenshots of your product, and send them to you within 5 working days. They're yours to keep and publish whether or not you go any further. No card, no contract.
Claim your 3 free articlesSend your top support questions, or an export of ticket subjects. We find the gaps in your current docs.
We capture screenshots from your public pages, or from a demo or sandbox account you choose to give us. We never need production admin access or customer data.
AI drafts each article from the product itself. Every step is checked against the live screens, and screenshots get numbered call-outs that match the steps.
Nothing goes live until you approve it. We deliver to your help tool (Intercom, Zendesk, HelpScout, Notion, GitBook and the like), or as a static help site.
On a monthly plan, we watch your changelog or release notes and update the affected articles and screenshots, so docs don't drift.
