Services

We write help articles and annotated screenshots for your product, in the scope of the plan you choose (see Pricing). Free sample articles carry no obligation.

Fees and cancellation

One-off builds are paid in advance. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing date. Unused article allowance doesn't roll over. Prices are in GBP; no VAT is charged as we are not VAT-registered.

Your content and access

You confirm you're entitled to give us access to the product and materials you share. Please share only demo or sandbox accounts, not real customer data. We keep credentials confidential and delete them when the work ends.

Ownership

On payment (or immediately, for free articles), copyright in the articles and annotated screenshots we deliver passes to you.

Accuracy and liability

We check each article against your product, and you approve it before publication. Our total liability under any order is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
